DELIVERY, RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Worldwide delivery

We deliver worldwide between 24 hours and 7 working days from our warehouses in France. You have a choice of delivery method between over 20,000 relay points in France and Europe or standard and Express Home delivery. We send products the same day if you order before 11 a.m. and up to 2 p.m. for express deliveries. For countries outside the Schengen area, delivery costs do not include customs duties.

Exchange and refund

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund of your product. Simply return your products in perfect condition ("unworn") along with their complete original packaging.

In the event of a refund, you will be reimbursed for the unit amount of the returned product. If you have benefited from a discount on "the 2nd product purchased" and you request a refund on a single item, you will no longer benefit from this discount since the "2nd product purchased" will have been returned. The refund will then be based on the price of the pack deducted from the full price of the product kept. The promotion you benefited from is therefore not applicable on a single product.

Return shipping

Return costs in the event of a refund request or size exchange are at the customer's expense.

Products with defects

In the event of a defective product, BelThin will send a return slip at its own expense and return a new product immediately.
